A Torch is a tool in Minecraft: Story Mode that can be used for lighting. They often appear as light sources in the background.

Appearances[]

In "The Order of the Stone", Jesse's Gang builds a shelter with torches in it.
In "A Block and a Hard Place", Soren uses a torch in Ivor's Cottage to light up the secret passageway.
In "Hero in Residence", Jesse crafts a torch in the mines of Beacontown when searching for Lluna.
- He/she later places the torch on a block of gravel.
In "Giant Consequences", Jesse carries a torch on the group's journey to the Icy Palace of Despair.
- Later, if Jesse chooses to go with Petra, Jack, and Vos, Jesse gives the torch to "Vos", who uses it to melt ice and reach a chest.
- Jesse also uses a torch to melt ice and free Radar and/or Stella (determinant).
In "Jailhouse Block", Jesse uses a torch to fight some zombies.

Jesse is seen holding a torch in the banner for The Order of the Stone and The Last Place You Look.
Jesse is also seen holding a torch in the banner for Below the Bedrock.
There is a glitch in "Giant Consequences", when Jesse is carrying the torch sideways instead of upwards.
