Appearances
- In The Order of the Stone, Jesse takes some string from the forest after Petra kills a spider.
- This string can later be used to craft an item to switch off the traps in the Temple.
- In A Portal to Mystery, Jesse finds string in a chest and uses it to craft a fishing rod with the leftover sticks to get a fish to distract one of the cats.

- The string can be used to make a bow, but it can also be used to make a fishing rod.
- In Minecraft, string can be placed as tripwire, which triggers connected pair of tripwire hooks to produce Redstone signal.
