Shovels are tools that appear in Minecraft: Story Mode.

- In The Order of the Stone, if Jesse choose that rather fight 100 chicken sized zombies, Jesse says all they'd need to kill them is "like, a shovel".
- In A Block and a Hard Place, Jesse can choose to enchant a diamond shovel with the command block enchanting book to destroy the command block. It has a purple blade.
- In "A Journey's End?", Competitors are seen using shovels in the game of Spleef at the beginning of the episode.
Trivia[]
- In Minecraft, snowballs and snow blocks are the only things that require shovels to collect. It is possible that Axel and Ivor obtain their snowballs by shovels.
- Shovels also allow their users to break Sand Blocks, gravel, soul sand, and dirt blocks faster than by hand.
