A Prison Spider is an exclusive Spider and a neutral mob which is a variant in Minecraft: Story Mode that first appear in "Jailhouse Block". They appear similar to regular spiders, except that they have additional red dots that appear to be eyes on their legs.

- In "Jailhouse Block", Prison Spiders can be seen in The Burrows when Jesse and Jack/Petra first attempt to escape Sunshine Institute. They can also be seen when Jesse's Gang escapes the Institute with Xara.

- Eric Stirpe has confirmed that all exclusive mob variants in the Sunshine Institute are called "prison [mob name here]." [1]
