The Donkey (Equis Asinus) is a Passive mob in both Vanilla Minecraft and Minecraft Story Mode.

Appearances[]
One donkey can be seen only in "The Order of the Stone" When the player is searching for Ivor before bumping into Lukas. It can't be interacted with nor does it play a role in the story. It is unknown what happened to the donkey after the Witherstorm was created, as we don't see the donkey ever again.
A donkey is mentioned in "The Last Place You Look" by both Olivia (determinant) and Soren. At the beginning if the player chooses the option: "someone say something", Olivia will respond by saying "donkey," and when the player finally meets Soren, they'll say "You must be Soren," to which Soren will say that sometimes he wishes to be something or someone else but himself and will use a donkey as an example.
Trivia[]
- Unlike the Vanilla Minecraft donkeys, the one shown in Minecraft: Story Mode has a 3d mane
- The texture file for the donkey has Reuben's dragon costume in it for no apparent reason, as it's never used in game.
