A Cookie is a food item in Minecraft: Story Mode.

- In "The Order of the Stone", Axel reveals that he has four cookies and decides to give one to himself, Jesse, Olivia, and Reuben, but does not have a cookie for Lukas. However, Jesse may choose to give him his/her cookie instead.
- If Jesse does nothing, Reuben will give Lukas his cookie.
- In "Assembly Required", Jesse remarks that Farmer Gloria must have made a lot of cookies with her sugar cane Auto-Farming Machine.
- In "A Portal to Mystery", DanTDM mentions that he shared cookies with Cassie.
